Yes, we do offer a limited repair service for blinds and shutters we sell. We can offer repairs for blinds ordered from elsewhere but only if they match our parts used in our blinds. We do not offer a shutter repair service other than our own.

Yes, A payment link is included with all invoices sent out so you can easily make payment by card or bank transfer. We also except cash.

Depending on what you are looking to order these are the estimated times. Some blinds have an express under 1 week option see below:

• Wooden & Faux Wood Blinds - Standard 2 - 3 weeks (Express available for 1 week or less)
• Roller blinds - Standard 2 weeks (Express available for 1 week or less)
• Vertical blinds - Standard 2 weeks (Express available for 1 week or less)
• Roman blinds - 4 weeks
• Perfect Fit blinds - Standard 2 weeks (Express available for 1 week or less)
• Clic blinds - Typically 10 working days
• Allusion blinds - 2 weeks 
• Perfect Fit Shutters - 2 weeks
• Hampton PVC Shutters - Typically 4 weeks
• Wooden Shutters - 11-14 weeks
• Pleated & Cellular blinds - 2 weeks

Yes, we offer a full guarantee which covers the blind/shutter and fitting. Up to 5 years is offered based on each type. Ask for further details.

A free appointment would be the best way to get a fixed price but we do also show some of our prices online with our 'Quick Quote' 

We usually bring your order with us when we install, however very large blinds will be delivered direct to you by a specialist courier as they can be too long for us to carry.

All our prices are extremely competitive but we do offer additional savings for large orders over 10 blinds or shutters.
